Events for You offers planning, coordinating and directing services for weddings and events in Asheville and the surrounding Western North Carolina area. I am an Asheville native and have been an event planner for the past 18 years. While my main focus is weddings, I have also done parties, reunions, trade shows, outdoor events, and parades. What makes me different from the other event planners is that I like to work with DIY brides or brides on tight budgets. I help a lot of couples for whom Asheville is a destination wedding location. I operate out of my home, only hiring help as needed, so my rates are low. I am organized and efficient. I get along with all the vendors in town, and I see myself as the leader of a team of people who are working together to make your event run smoothly. I don’t do stress; in fact, I think my most important job is making sure you don’t either. I will do everything in my power to make your wedding experience go smoothly from start to finish.
